Datebook Highlights Mozart sung in Saoû

This festival is different from others as it is the only one of such importance dedicated to Mozart. It was created in 1989 by people keen on both Wolfgang Amadeus and a village surrounded by boulders and formerly famous for its forest ( a listed site) and its Picodon ( goat cheese) festival.

At the beginning , 4 concerts were given during a weekend. Nowadays, a dozen towns and villages are involved and people can attend about 15 concerts from north to south in the Drôme département
