Craftswoman, I imagine, draw, create designed mesh accessories. I knit each piece with natural and very fine threads on an old family knitting machine to offer you original and light pieces that are out of the ordinary.
In my workshop in Vercheny, in the Drôme valley (France), I create original pieces that combine traditional know-how and contemporary creativity, using the finest natural yarns.
A meticulous creative process.
Each creation begins with an essential step: drawing.
I imagine, draw and design the motifs I wish to create.
Each pixel of the image corresponds to a stitch, which requires precision work and a long phase of reflection to associate the colors and adapt the pattern to the knitting.
Once the pattern has been designed, the knitting comes to life on an old-fashioned family knitting machine.
This artisanal method requires :
Knitting: row after row, each piece grows as the carriage passes over the needle bed, where each needle forms a stitch.
Assembling and finishing: done by hand to guarantee impeccable quality and a unique finish.
A family heritage of craftsmanship
Working with this ancient machine is not just a means of production, but a tribute to traditional know-how. Each piece tells a story, the story of time
time and effort devoted to its creation.
Inspired by landscapes, colors and all kinds of subjects, my creations reflect authenticity and a genuine interest in arts and crafts. Whether clothing or accessories, each piece is designed to last and convey emotion.
