Our natural heritage Roche Colombe

The legend of Colombe: a saint who lived in a cave on this rock. She healed the inhabitants with plants and communicated with animals: it was thanks to this knowledge that she saved the life of a child captured by a bird of prey. She also used smoke to communicate with her brother Maurice, a hermit on another mountain near Dieulefit. On the night of her death, Maurice discovered his sister being watched over by all the animals in the forest.
