Datebook Highlights Winter season fruit festival

The winter fruit fair remains a major winter event in the Drôme gastronomy. It gathers 150 hand-picked exhibitors either producers, local food processers or also art artisans.

The yearly 15 000 visitors will come again to this warmly and friendly atmosphere they always enjoy. They take part in the numerous animations and surprises meant for children and grown-ups alike and unavoidable moments such as the tasting of the delicious bacon soup simmered on wood fire.

Each year, we invite a great chef as our chairman of honour to create a recipe, based on the terroir and season products he has chosen, and the visitors can savour it during the fair.
